Job summary

Quantbot is seeking an Engineering Graduate (Batch 2026) to monitor client IT infrastructure including servers, networks, applications, and cloud environments. You will identify, acknowledge, and respond to alerts per runbooks and SOPs, log incidents, and escalate critical issues to senior engineers.

Responsibilities include health checks, generating operational reports, supporting change validation, and handling inbound/outbound calls.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate, 2026 batch, in CS/IT/ECE/Telecom or related field.
• Basic networking concepts (OSI, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and server fundamentals.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, including nights and weekends.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
