The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, ensure scalable and secure solutions, and guide development teams through best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise applications.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Build and review backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Define coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and DevOps teams.
• Review code, conduct design reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of system design, design patterns, and architecture principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or modern frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform.
• Exposure to event‑driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Prior experience in leading large‑scale enterprise projects.

Education
