Job summary

Telehealth Innovations Foundation is seeking an experienced Mobile Lead to drive the design and development of its Android and React Native app stack. You will solve complex performance challenges, troubleshoot core product software, and lead the Android team from the front, delivering efficient, reusable modules on multiple projects.

Requirements include 6–8 years of experience with at least 2 years in leadership, strong Kotlin/Java and React Native skills, and deep knowledge of MVVM and Clean

Qualifications

• Education: Btech, Mtech, MCA, BCA.
• Experience: 6-8 Yrs with min 2 yrs experience in leading a team.
• Strong expertise in Android (Kotlin, Java) and React Native.
• Strong understanding of Mobile Application Architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Android SDK, Jetpack Components, Coroutines, Flow, Room Database.
• React Native ecosystem, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• REST APIs, JSON, WebSockets, and third-party SDK integrations.
• Mobile app performance optimization and debugging.
• Offline-first app development and synchronization.
• Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications).
• Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Fastlane.
• Unit Testing and UI Testing (JUnit, Mockito, Espresso).

Responsibilities

• Single PoC for all activities in the Android mobile app team Lead from the front & help team in overcoming technical challenges.

• Ability to lead multiple projects technically simultaneously and complete tasks on time.
• Work closely with System Architect, Tech Lead and Director of Product Development to deliver product releases.
