Job summary

Oges Solutions in Mumbai invites a senior Mobile Product Manager to shape the vision of our mobile portfolio. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle and lead cross-functional teams across Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Backend, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps to deliver high-performance apps.

You will define roadmaps, prioritise features, and manage releases, while tracking KPIs to drive user growth and business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience defining mobile product strategy and roadmap.
• Experience managing 23 mobile products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven decision making with analytics.
• Familiarity with App Store/Play Store processes.
• Knowledge of native/hybrid mobile tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for mobile applications.
• Lead development and management of 23 mobile products.
• Own complete lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Backend, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive product roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, and release management. Ensure mobile applications deliver exceptional performance, security, scalability, and user experience.
• Define product KPIs and monitor user engagement, retention, conversion, and business growth.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to gather customer insights and translate them into product enhancements.
• Partner with Leadership to align product strategy with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and establish product management best practices.
