Role Summary
We are hiring multiple Power Platform Developers to design, build, and optimize business applications and intelligent automations using Microsoft Power Platform. You will work under the guidance of the Tech Lead to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development (Power Apps)
- Develop Canvas Apps with responsive UI, optimized performance, and efficient data handling
- Build and configure Model-driven Apps including forms, views, and business process flows
- Implement reusable components and follow modular design practices
Automation Development (Power Automate)
- Design and build Cloud Flows (event-driven, scheduled, approval workflows)
- Develop and maintain Desktop Flows (RPA) with proper exception handling and logging
- Optimize workflows for performance, concurrency, and reliability
AI & Chatbot Development
- Form processing
- Prediction and classification models
- Create and refine AI prompts for business use cases
- Build co-pilots using co-pilot Studio (topics, flows, integrations)
Integration & Data Management
- Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, and external systems via connectors and APIs
- Work with standard and custom connectors
- Use REST APIs for external integrations
- Support data modeling and ensure data integrity within Dataverse
Quality, Deployment & Support
- Participate in testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and enhancements
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance, and security policies
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
- Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven)
- Power Automate (Cloud flows)
- Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
- AI Builder and prompt‑based AI solutions
- Good understanding of Dataverse (entities, relationships, security roles)
- Good understanding of connectors and API integrations
- Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization
- Familiarity with version control and ALM practices
- Comfortable working in hybrid teams and late‑shift (US overlap)
Good to Have
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
- Exposure to Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault)
- Understanding of governance frameworks and CoE practices
