Job summary

Papigen is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The role emphasizes scalable, secure solutions and collaboration within an Agile/SAFe environment.

You will design, build, and integrate Power Platform capabilities, implement ALM and CI/CD, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust business applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Experience developing APIs and backend services using .NET Core.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) applications.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for enterprise business processes.
• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Develop Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls where required.
• Manage solution lifecycle across Dev, Test, and Production environments using Azure DevOps.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, solution deployments, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
• Apply Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, governance, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Understanding of Identity & Access Management, application security, and secure configurations.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe software delivery methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform ALM, Managed Solutions, and Environment Strategy.
• Knowledge of PCF Controls, Azure Functions, and Azure API Management.
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-400, PL-600, PL-900) are preferred.
