Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Tech Lead - Infrastructure Services N to drive storage, backup, and DR solutions for complex client environments in a fast-moving AI-enabled landscape.

You will architect, install, monitor, and optimize storage and virtualization platforms while leading a team and coordinating with global stakeholders. The role requires strong experience in SAN, NAS, object storage, NetApp, and VMware, plus hands-on expertise in high-performance infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect, install, and configure storage, backup, and DR solutions on client projects.
• Maintain storage and VMware inventory of customer environment.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot NetApp unified storage.
• Perform performance analysis and tuning of storage subsystems.
• Handle user group management in ADS and related tasks.

Job Description

- SME with good knowledge on the following technologies – SAN (HPE 3Par, IBM, Dell EMC), NAS (ISILON, Unity, NetApp & VMWare), Object (HPE, iTernity), HPE/ Cohesity, Dell ECS Backup (Veeam, IBM ISSP, Dell EMC)
- Good knowledge of storage & backup subsystems like NetApp, EMC.
- Architect, Install and configure storage, backup, and DR solutions on client projects.
- Maintaining storage and VMWare inventory of customer environment.
- User group management in ADS
- Administration, monitoring and troubleshooting of Netapp unified storage.
- Experience in maintenance activities in Netapp Storage and VMWare
- Experience in Performance Analysis and Tuning of storage subsystems is mandatory.
