Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Network Administrator to design, architect, and implement multi-vendor network and security solutions across data centers and remote sites. You will plan and support projects, review changes, and ensure adherence to organizational standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of routing protocols, data center networking, and Zscaler products, with hands-on experience in cloud and on-prem infrastructures. Office-based in Hyderabad with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with multi-vendor LAN/WAN/WLAN environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and security technologies.
• Experience with Cisco SD-WAN, Nexus, ASR, WLAN, LAN, WAN, DMVPN and related networking products.
• Familiarity with Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).

• Design, architect and implement multi-vendor network and security solutions.
• Plan, implement, support and streamline new projects.
• Manage data center network routing, switching and security changes end-to-end.
• Oversee project management, capacity management and budgeting related to network assets.
• Troubleshoot routing protocols and network devices across datacenters and remote sites.

Job Description

• Responsible for Designing, Architecting and Implementation of multi‑vendor Network & Security.
• Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; collecting requirements as per LOB demands and consolidate the LLD/HLD network design documents.
• Expertise in multivendor LAN/WAN/WLAN administration including implementation, configuration and integration of LAN and WAN and WLAN.
• New projects Planning, Implementing, Supporting & Streamlining.
• Discover, design, execute, validate, and peer review complex change implementations related to datacentre IT network routing, switching and security technologies as per the organization standards.
• Good understanding in Project Management, Capacity Management, Project life Cycle, CAPEX, OPEX and Budget Planning and Inventory Management
• Configuration and troubleshooting routing protocols -EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and switching and security technologies.
• Strong Knowledge in Cisco SDWAN, Nexus. ASR, WLAN, LAN, WAN, DMVPN and other networking Technologies, Products.
• Strong knowledge in Zscaler products, ZIA, ZPA, ZDX.
• Datacentre Change Implementation as per Businesses Units request, which include end to end connectivity between Remote, Cloud & Datacentres.
• Expertise in multi‑cloud network design and implementation.
• Hands on experience on network, security & cloud automation
