Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad is seeking a Tech Lead for Enterprise Application with deep Oracle RMCS and Oracle Fusion Revenue Management expertise. You will implement, configure, and support RMCS modules, design Revenue Contracts, and ensure alignment with ASC 606 / IFRS 15, while integrating RMCS with Order Management, Billing, and General Ledger.

You will perform data migration, run data reconciliations, develop reports, and participate in SIT/UAT testing and month-end close activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle RMCS / Oracle Fusion Revenue Management.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL/AR/AP).
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with FBDI/ADFDI data loads.
• Understanding of data flows between OM, RMCS, and GL.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support RMCS modules.
• Design revenue contracts, performance obligations, and SSP.
• Integrate RMCS with OM, Billing, AR, AP, and GL.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and data extracts.
• Perform data migration, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close activities.
• Conduct SIT/UAT testing and ensure quality deliverables.
