Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Enterprise Applications focused on Oracle N. The role emphasizes Dynamics 365, integration design, and portal development with Power Apps.

You will work across finance and supply chain modules, design solutions, and contribute to client-facing proposals in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have strong MSCRM Dynamics knowledge, experience with Copilot Studio integrations, and the ability to independently manage tasks while liaising with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Masters in Software Engineering helpful.
• Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional and Oracle Financials Cloud certifications are nice-to-have.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Experience with Dynamics 365 on Finance modules and SCM modules
• Excellent working knowledge of Solution and Integration Design
• CE Portals with Power apps Canvas Apps
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions integrations, power Portal, Migration
• Participate in technical analysis and create specification document.
• Effectively articulate not only technical and design/implementation concepts but also the potential solutions.
• Experience of developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex issues
• Ability and experience in preparation of proposals, responses, and contracts
• Should be able to work independently and should have good communication and client interaction skill.
• Candidate should be able to work independently work, test, document and deliver.

• Minimum Qualifications /skills The Resource should be proficient in working with Copilot Studio and will be required to work on the following integrations:
• Integration between bot developed in Copilot Studio with various 3rd party applications (viz. ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Integration between Copilot Studio and NiceCXOne for Live Agent Handoff
• Integration between Teams Telephony with Copilot Studio
• Proficient in MSCRM Dynamics with in-depth knowledge on Plugins, Workflows, JavaScripts, CRM Portals, Web APIs Azure Knowledge Good to have Power Apps Skill set Proficient on the latest OOB features available in Dynamics CRM
