Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead - Automation to guide IT process automation initiatives across business units. You will design, implement and scale automation workflows, mentor engineers, and partner with stakeholders to identify opportunity areas for automation and improvement.

You will stay current with AI-driven automation trends and contribute to governance, security and best-practice standards while delivering measurable efficiency gains and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Master-level AWS certification and cloud certifications (CKA, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, RHCE).
• Strong experience with IT process automation, scalable architectures and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of IT process automation solutions and workflows; design and maintain automation scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements; ensure reliability and performance of automated processes.
• Train and mentor team members on IT automation best practices and monitor automation performance.
