Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Technical Associate in Infrastructure Services to lead change management and ITSM responsibilities. The role requires coordinating CAB activities, documenting approvals, and tracking change KPIs.

You will engage in daily reviews, weekly status meetings, and provide training while ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with business priorities in a hybrid India-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, information systems, IT, or related field.
• Experience with ITSM, change management, and CAB processes.
• Proficiency in Agile and risk assessment practices.

Responsibilities

• Review and document change requests, manage approval process and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate CAB meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
• Attend daily change review and weekly meetings; communicate major changes.
• Update knowledge articles and provide change management training.
• Generate ITSM KPIs/SLAs and ensure reporting accuracy.

Job Description Review and document change requests, managing the approval process and ensuring proper risk assessment and mitigation strategies are in place. Manage change requests for various Biz units, prioritizing them based on impact and urgency, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Communicate scheduled blackout/freeze periods to ensure proper risk mitigation during high-priority times Generate change advisory board (CAB) meeting agenda Facilitate CAB meetings, manage follow-up items, and document CAB meeting minutes Attend daily change review meetings, Attend weekly meetings to review their changes. Send out daily major change communication. Review Knowledge articles and update/modify as needed Provide change management training as needed. Generate change Management KPIs/SLAs Should be well versed in ITSM reporting.
