Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development focused on Microsoft technologies. You will lead a team of developers, design solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery using .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and SharePoint.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and technical specs, mentor peers, and stay current with Microsoft ecosystem trends to drive impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering/IT field.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure or related technologies preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft tech stack and enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing Microsoft tech solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and write technical specs.
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Azure, SQL Server and SharePoint.
• Ensure quality and performance meet standards and conduct code reviews.
