Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Developer - Automation to design, build and maintain efficient RPA and automation code. You will identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve data processing workflows while ensuring security and compliance. Strong collaboration and Agile practices are required.

Ideal candidates have experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, Azure, and Oracle Cloud, plus a background in Computer Engineering/CS/IT and a Master’s in Software Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Eng/CS/IT or Master in Software Engineering.
• Certifications in RPA and cloud administration are preferred.
• Experience with Agile, collaboration tools and design thinking beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable AA code.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Design and develop automated data processing systems; Implement data processing algorithms and scripts; Optimize data processing workflows; Troubleshoot and debug data processing issues; Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data processing requirements; Ensure data processing solutions meet security and compliance standards.
