Job summary

Aurexion in India seeks an experienced Tech Lead to steer architecture, mentor teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and innovative AI-native omnichannel dialer solutions. You will lead design and deliverables across cloud-native SaaS stacks, CRM integrations, and real-time analytics.

You will drive CI/CD, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and enforce coding standards while collaborating with Product, AI, and Telephony teams to push features forward.

Qualifications

• 9–13 years in software development with at least 3 years in tech leadership.
• Hands-on SaaS architecture experience on cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB/Redis.
• Experience with microservices and API design.
• Proficient in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab.
• Excellent architecture design, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of an AI-powered omnichannel dialer platform.

• Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and lead sprint planning and delivery.

As a Tech Lead, you will spearhead architecture, mentor engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced technology leader passionate about AI, cloud-native SaaS, and modern communication platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of an AI-powered omnichannel dialer platform
• Architect scalable SaaS applications using modern full-stack and cloud technologies
• Drive CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho while ensuring compliance with DNC, GDPR, and TCPA standards
• Build real-time monitoring, analytics, and reporting dashboards for managers and supervisors
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, and automated testing

Requirements:

• 9-13 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB or Redis
• Hands-on experience designing SaaS architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and GitLab
• Excellent architecture design, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Asterisk, Kamailio, or FreeSWITCH dialer platforms
• Knowledge of SIP, WebRTC, and telephony systems
• Understanding of predictive, power, progressive, and preview dialer modes
• Experience integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
• Knowledge of DNC, GDPR, and TCPA compliance standards
• Experience building real-time analytics dashboards and call center KPI reporting
• Knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, STT, LLMs, speech analytics, transcription, or AI-driven quality monitoring
