Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with expertise in Node.js and telephony/IVR systems to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and intelligent backend solutions for our communication platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js
• Build RESTful APIs for scalable backend services
• Optimize PostgreSQL and Redis data flow
• Integrate telephony APIs for outbound and inbound calling, SMS, and other communication channels
• Design and implement IVR flows, call routing, and automation features
• Optimize call handling, queuing, and agent management for high concurrency and reliability

Requirements:
