Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Lead to build digital products that make our climate solutions more efficient and reliable. You will collaborate across global stakeholders, guiding AI-ML enabled features and scalable web applications.

With 6+ years in software development and 3+ years leading teams, you will drive standards, mentor engineers, and deliver high-quality RESTful services using Java/Spring Boot, React, and AWS in a blended onsite role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience in web technologies; minimum 3+ years leading software feature teams.
• Proficient in micro services development using Java Spring Boot.
• Web development experience in React JS.
• Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS.
• Write unit test cases to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Experience in designing scalable cloud applications using AWS services.
• Experience in designing secure REST APIs.
• Working experience in Agile methodology.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience and leadership alignment are valued.

What you will do:

In this role you will:

• Requirement analysis, design, development and testing of the web applications.

• Establish and improve software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality software.

• Provide technical leadership and execute software development projects from beginning to finish. Includes artifacts reviews, adhering to coding standards and ensuring appropriate stakeholder communication

• Basic project management techniques and experience in risk analysis and planning

• Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as hold regular technical team meetings.

• Minimize code complexity and leverage code reuse appropriately.

• Good at decision making, problem solving, and gaining commitment.

• Develop and lead distributed feature teams.

• Guide, coach, and mentor software engineers.

What you will bring:

• 6+ years of software development experience in web technologies with a minimum of 3 years in leading software feature teams for tech lead position

• Proficient in micro services development using Java spring boot.

• Web development experience in React JS.

• Proficient in Java script, Jquery, HTML 5 and CSS

• Write unit test cases to ensure high quality deliverables

• Experience in designing, scalable cloud applications using AWS services

• Good working experience in design and develop secured Rest APIs

• Working experience in agile methodology is preferred.
