Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to design, develop, and deliver web applications using Java Spring Boot, React JS, and AWS. You will lead distributed feature teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable high-quality software.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, architectural decisions, and adherence to agile practices, with on-site work weekdays and flexible location options.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in microservices development using Java Spring Boot.
• Web development experience in React JS.
• Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience designing scalable cloud applications using AWS.
• Good at designing secure REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Requirement analysis, design, development and testing of web applications.
• Establish and improve software development standards and processes for scalable delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and deliver end-to-end software projects.
• Includes artifact reviews, coding standards, and stakeholder communication.
• Apply basic project management techniques and risk analysis.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and lead regular technical meetings.
• Minimize code complexity and promote reuse.

What you will do:

• Requirement analysis, design, development and testing of the web applications.
• Establish and improve software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality software.
• Provide technical leadership and execute software development projects from beginning to finish.
• Includes artifacts reviews, adhering to coding standards and ensuring appropriate stakeholder communication.
• Basic project management techniques and experience in risk analysis and planning.
• Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as hold regular technical team meetings.
• Minimize code complexity and leverage code reuse appropriately.
• Good at decision making, problem solving, and gaining commitment.
• Develop and lead distributed feature teams.
• Guide, coach, and mentor software engineers.

What you will bring:

• 6+ years of software development experience in web technologies with a minimum of 3 years in leading software feature teams for tech lead position.
• Proficient in micro services development using Java spring boot.
• Web development experience in React JS.
• Proficient in Java script, Jquery, HTML 5 and CSS.
• Write unit test cases to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Experience in designing, scalable cloud applications using AWS services.
• Good working experience in design and develop secured Rest APIs.
• Working experience in agile methodology is preferred.
