Job summary

Trane Technologies invites applications for a Full Stack Lead to drive digital product development using AI/ML in a global setting. The role partners with stakeholders across Globe to deliver scalable solutions and requires strong ReactJS and Python expertise.

Work is onsite Monday to Thursday with Fridays offering location flexibility; a culture focused on inclusion, learning, and wellbeing is highlighted in the benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong programming and algorithm skills with solid logic building.
• Extensive full stack experience using ReactJS and Python.
• Experience with AI libraries and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and Linux.
• Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Knowledge of security practices (DevSecOps) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to design and build digital products using AI/ML.
• Lead development efforts and mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable applications with testing.
• Translate requirements into user stories and implementation plans.
• Participate in platform architecture discussions.

As a Full Stack Lead, you will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders, SMEs and cross-functional across Globe and build Digital products which will leverage AI-ML and other cutting edge technologies. What you will do

• Be a great team player and interact with cross-functional teams across the globe.
• Be doing a great lot of research in field of AI-ML and come up with fast-track solutions for problems being presented

• Be inclusive and mindful of the team needs and be able to take everyone together in accomplishing the organization goals.
• Mentor/Coach/Train the juniors or new joiners of the team and bring them up to speed in the project.

What you will bring

• Great coding skills with algorithm building skills and expert in programming logic building.
• Extensive experience in Full Stack Development using ReactJS, Python and AI Libraries
• Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs of project methodology
• Well versed in Agile way of execution.
• Knowledge of Kanban Methodology also an advantage.
• AWS or other cloud certification is an advantage.
• Able to create designs, participate in platform architecture related discussions and offer well informed solutions
• Able to interact and collaborate with global stakeholders and gather requirements and translate into stories and implement the same in the project.
• Align to Trane Technologies culture of innovation, productivity and inclusive leadership principles.
• Strong database skills (SQL and NoSql) Knowledge of RESTful web services and API development Strong Linux background Strong focus on testing (TDD/BDD, unit tests, mocking frameworks) Building highly scalable / reliable applications Application Security background DevSecOps Knowledge.
