Manage end-to-end business tech transformation and enhancement projects.
Manage 2-5 applications of varying size & complexity.
Support business users with new implementation and enhancements.
Analyze application and process gaps and suggest solutions.

Contribute to business discussions, understand problem statements, review FSD, analyze requirements, and propose feasible solutions with reference to current system implementation.
Review BRD details, review end-to-end process journey in BRD, arrange sign-off from stakeholders (BRD & FSD), prepare FPN, communicate business requirements to development team/vendor, ensure project progress is documented (PPM/JIRA) and communicated, and ensure projects are on track.
Review test scenarios, incorporate into testing scope, review traceability (BRD/FSD using JIRA/Zephyr), review test cases/plans, ensure testing as per schedule, report/resolve UAT bugs, ensure post-implementation testing, ensure continuous control self-assessment, and track/monitor ITPP changes.
Ensure ITPP is followed for all projects/CRs, perform daily control checks, monitor/track business/audit queries, and share daily/weekly process reports with stakeholders.
Document/share training modules, conduct training for business users/stakeholders, perform PIR after enhancement goes live, and provide Level 2 support on production issues.
Identify grey areas and provide recommendations, continuously discuss with users to identify improvement areas based on industry benchmarking and latest trends/regulations.
Manage team performance (goal setting, reviews, feedback), recognize good performance, and groom/mentor team based on career aspirations.
