Support in taking them to closure.* Should be able to understand organizational goals, strategies and should be able to help the team’s performance in achieving the same.* Ensure that the SLA / KPIs are being performed on time.* Timely updating of process related documentation* In absence of TL/SM - Organizes the work of the team, assigns tasks, sets short-term priorities, checks all activities, and ensures prompt and correct* completion of the work.* Active monitoring and prompt reporting of exceptions* Maintain technical knowledge of operations to resolve unusual and complex problems.* Displays extremely high ownership for both the team and the process.* Steps up and makes effective decisions wherever needed.* Build and keep strong relationships with Team members & Middle office.* Get involved in various new and on-going projects within the Trade and Settlements Division## Experience* Sustainable performance showed through examples/evidence, the above listed core skills, and competencies in the current role over a period of atleast 24 months.* A Graduate from any discipline (Commerce background is preferred)* Minimum of 2 Years of experience as an SA (Please mention if earlier work ex involved, relevant to Financial Services Industry )* Prior experience in Trade and Settlements area would be an advantage.* Candidate having prior experience and background with Asset Servicing would be preferred.* Must be flexible to work in shifts and/or on a rotational basis.
