Job summary

Core Competency Group is seeking a capable IT Business Analyst in Gurugram to collect and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and coordinate with clients and development teams. You will assist with UAT, ensure data integrity with SQL, and contribute to delivery milestones.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of IT BA experience, a solid grasp of SDLC and Agile, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with the .NET ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant IT Business Analyst experience.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile.
• Strong SQL and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
