Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is seeking a Team Sales Manager for Light Commercial Vehicle operations in Mumbai. The role involves direct and indirect team leadership of 5–7 field sales executives, driving tractor loan business and tractor refinance, and managing dealer/broker relationships within the territory.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of team handling experience in vehicle finance, with mid-level leadership capabilities and a track record in finance-related sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of team handling / finance industry experience.
• Experience in vehicle finance (tractor / CV / etc.).
• Mid level, direct and indirect reportees handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a field sales team of 5–7 executives.
• Drive yearly business target of approx. 500–600 tractors (≈20 Cr).
• Oversee tractor refinance activity, monitor early default, and nurture dealer/broker relationships.
• Operate within the assigned territory using existing customer data.

Job Role:

• Team sales Manager is required for Handling Tractor Loan “through direct sales team, Brokers and Dealers.
• For Handling Team of 5-7 field sales executive
• For Handling Yearly business approx.500-600 Tractors in a year (approx. 20 Cr).
• Responsible for Tractor Refinance Business also, Team Productivity, Infant Collection (Early Default), Dealer / Broker Relationship.
• Management, working on existing customer’s data, etc. in his area of Operation.

Job Requirement:

• Team Handling Exp. – Team Handling and Business volume handling exp. Is required (Direct and In Direct Reportees).
• Exp. – Minimum 2-3 Year Exp. In Team Handling / Finance Industry. Should be from vehicle finance industry – Tractor / Car / Two wheeler / CV /CE / Etc
• Preference will be given from Vehicle Finance industry. Experience Level Mid Level
