Key Responsibilities

• Managing cash flow for the Company
• Gauge borrowing requirements and evaluate the need to raise funds; raise funds through a mix of short- and long-term fixed income instruments; work toward low cost of borrowing in line with projections
• Mobilize resources from debt markets for the Company
• Manage market borrowing through instruments such as CPs, Debentures, NCDs, Sub Debts, Perpetuals, ICDs etc., including private placements
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, draw insights, and analyze fund requirements to enable funding decisions as part of the treasury Front Office
• Analyze market scenarios and track bond markets and interest rate movements to identify funding avenues
• Investments in Government securities, Treasury Bills and other identified securities for maintaining Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR)
• Maintain relationships and negotiate with intermediaries to mobilize funds; empanel brokers as per regulations
• Develop investor limits and build relationships with investor segments (Banks, Mutual Funds, Corporates, Insurance Companies, pension and provident funds)
• Prepare Information Memorandum and cash-flows in coordination with Mid/Back Office
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure closure of transactions, documentation and settlement
• Oversee E-bidding for NCD issuance on exchanges and maintain relationships with exchanges for EBP and listing
• Stay updated with regulatory guidelines/circulars related to NBFC, Housing Finance sectors, RBI/SEBI
• Share exhaustive MIS on fund borrowings, sources and rates, compare with benchmarks, and track interest rate movements
• Prepare presentations on market dynamics and major debt market announcements (Treasury review, RMC, BRC, ALCO)
