Chartered Accountant
The Treasury department is engaged in identification and mobilisation of funds from various sources, overall utilization /allocation of the funds mobilised, risk management (ALM and others), effective deployment of funds, hedging, developing and maintaining relations with banks and investors.
The Team Member is responsible for end-to-end preparation and management of documentation for various market products, including NCDs, CPs, ICDs, and Repo borrowings, while ensuring timely and accurate execution of day-to-day repayments. Managing end-to-end vendor payments and invoice processing for CP & NCDs. Timely preparations, collaboration and submissions of Monthly ALCO, Chairman and Board ppt Slides. Submission of documents and data required by Statutory, Internal and group auditors. Supporting team to close the month end activities. Pre-Submitting the data for various compliances required by RBI, SEBI, Income Tax, IPA, NSDL, BSE and NSE in given time frame.
The critical skill sets required to meet these challenges are to remain updated with latest SEBI circulars and other regulatory changes w.r.t. NCDs & CPs issuances, also to perform end to end activities in time frame defined by regulators for both at time of issuances and for quarterly compliances post board meetings.
The education & experience required to fulfil this profile are an MBA or Chartered Accountant with minimum 2-3 yrs of experience in corporate treasury or a NBFC.
