Job summary

Bhanix Finance and Investment Limited (CASHe) in Mumbai invites a detail-oriented treasury professional to join our Treasury team. You will support daily operations, cash flow management, banking coordination, fund utilization, and regulatory reporting.

You will coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure smooth treasury operations, manage liquidity, and prepare MIS reports in line with RBI/NBFC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Commerce, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years in Treasury, Finance, or Banking operations (NBFC/Fintech experience preferred).
• Knowledge of RBI/NBFC regulations, ALM concepts and treasury operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily treasury operations including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
• Assist in managing banking relationships, documentation, and credit facilities coordination.
• Track and report liquidity, investments, and debt obligations.
• Assist in fundraising documentation, loan drawdowns, securitization, and repayment schedules.
• Prepare MIS reports on treasury operations, borrowings, and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure timely submission of treasury-related regulatory reports per RBI/NBFC guidelines.
• Support ALM compliance and internal risk controls, coordinating with Finance, Accounts, Compliance, and Business teams.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our Treasury team. The role will focus on supporting daily treasury operations, including cash flow management, banking coordination, fund utilization, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting, with prior experience in treasury or finance operations within NBFCs, Fintechs, or Banks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily treasury operations including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
• Assist in managing banking relationships, preparing documentation, and coordinating for credit facilities.
• Track and report on liquidity positions, investments, and debt obligations.
• Assist in fundraising documentation, loan drawdowns, securitization, and repayment schedules.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on treasury operations, borrowings, and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure timely submission of treasury-related regulatory reports in line with RBI/NBFC guidelines.
• Support compliance with Asset Liability Management (ALM) norms and internal risk controls.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounts, Compliance, and Business Teams) to ensure smooth treasury operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Banking operations (NBFC / Fintech experience preferred).
• Knowledge of RBI/NBFC regulations, ALM concepts, and treasury operations is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
• High attention to detail with accuracy in reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills for dealing with banks and internal stakeholders.
