We seek an experienced professional to support manufacturing operations in Visakhapatnam, ensuring cGMP compliance and reliable production planning. The role requires 5–7 years of experience, graduation in any discipline, and hands-on experience with SAP, PAS|X and BMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 5-7 years overall experience in manufacturing roles.
• Experience with cGMP and Good Documentation Practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety norms, policies and procedures.
• Ensure availability of machinery and materials to meet production plan.
• Maintain cGMP practices including line clearance before activities.
• Handle compounding-related activities: dispensing raw materials, CIP/SIP, batch manufacturing.
• Online documentation in BMR, log-books, PAS|X and SAP per Good Documentation Practice.
• Equipment qualification in expansion areas.
• Dispensing/receiving raw materials, PPM and consumables from stores.
• Online closure of BMRs and exceptions in PAS|X.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Adhere to the safety norms, company policies and procedures.
• To ensure the availability of machine and material to achieve the production plan in his area of work.
• Maintaining cGMP practices in production area including line clearance before related activities.
• Responsible for activities related to compounding related activities like Dispensing Raw materials, CIP/SIP activities, batch manufacturing activities.
• Responsible for activities like online documentation in BMR, log-books, PAS|X and SAP as per Good Documentation Practice.
• Responsible for Qualification of equipments in Expansion area.
• Dispensing/receipt of Raw materials, PPM and consumable as required from warehouse/engineering stores etc.
• Online closure of BMR’s and exceptions in PAS|X
