Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking an experienced professional to oversee day-to-day production operations in our Hyderabad facilities.

The role requires guiding and coaching staff, ensuring equipment safety and maintenance, and executing batch manufacturing and packaging across OSD, semi-solid, and liquid products. With 3–10 years of experience and a Diploma or B.Sc., you will review documentation, maintain product quality per cGMP, and coordinate LMS-based training.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: A Diploma/B.Sc.
• Minimum work experience: 3 to 10 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with OSD manufacturing and packing

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth operation.
• Guide and coach employees, monitor productivity, and oversee equipment safety and maintenance.
• Perform batch execution in OSD, Semi-solid, and Liquid manufacturing and packaging.
• Review and manage documentation, including BMRs, BPRs, and logbooks.
• Ensure product quality by adhering to cGMP standards.
• Handle bottle packing, tube filling and bulk packing activities.
• Coordinate training as a LMS training coordinator.
• Lead initial investigations of incidents and generate process order numbers.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual to oversee day-to-day production operations, including guiding and coaching employees, ensuring equipment safety and maintenance, and executing batch manufacturing and packaging activities. Responsibilities also include documentation review, maintaining product quality, coordinating training, conducting initial incident investigations, and managing process orders.

Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for overseeing execution of day-to-day production activities.
• You will be responsible for guiding and coaching employees, monitoring their productivity, and overseeing regular equipment safety and maintenance.
• You will be responsible for performing batch execution in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage), Semi-solid and Liquid manufacturing and packaging.
• You will be responsible for execution and review of Documentations, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Production Records) and Logbooks.
• You will be responsible for ensuring product quality by maintaining cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• You will be responsible for handling bottle packing, tube filling and bulk packing activities.
• You will be a training coordinator through LMS (Learning Management system).
• You will be responsible for initial investigation of incidents.
• You will be responsible for generating the process order number.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Scantech Laser Tablet Drilling Machines
• Strong knowledge of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing

Educational qualification: A Diploma/B.Sc.

Minimum work experience: 3 to 10 years of experience

Skills & attributes

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Pas|X, Coating, and tablet compression.
• Knowledge and experience in OSD manufacturing and packing.
• Experience in Liquid and Semi-solid manufacturing and packing.
• Good understanding of GMP and good laboratories practices.
• Experience in granulation, blending and tablet inspection.
