Team Member - Production (plastic injection moulding)

Role and Responsibilities

• Plan & schedule shift production targets for a particular shift.
• Improve productivity and control rejection rates.
• Manage machine ideal time and hold time.
• Program machines according to the production schedule and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Monitor raw material issuance and finished goods supplied to store, and perform material matching.
• Handle manpower allocation and utilization.
• Check product quality, label marking, and packaging.
• Provide operator training before handover of the machine.
• Close orders and record scrap notes or details of non‑usable material after each order closure.
• Prepare monthly production reports.
• Prepare machine‑wise monthly analysis reports.
• Prepare monthly reports on mold changeover ideal time, mold changeover hold time, and repair time for analysis.
• Prepare daily productivity MIS PPM.
• Generate factory order closing reports.
• Support molding in‑charge for special projects.
• Handle internal and customer audits.
