Job summary

Guiltfree Industries is seeking an Investor Relations professional to analyze business performance, prepare investor materials, and manage stakeholder communications. The role involves industry benchmarking, market tracking, and regulatory compliance within the Indian capital markets.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of IR/finance experience, with strong financial modelling skills and experience in Indian listed companies or financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research of Indian companies, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategy or Indian Capital Markets.
• Prior experience in an Indian listed company or financial institution will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of business performance of group companies, industry research and competitor benchmarking.
• Preparation of investor communication materials including investor deck and earnings presentations.
• Maintain and update investor relations database, tracking changes in shareholding patterns and analyst coverage.
• Track and analyse the stock market performance of RPSG Group companies and their peer companies.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management which includes capital market updates, sector updates, investor feedback, sentiment, and key issues.
• Assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and analyst interactions.
• Maintain compliance with SEBI LODR regulations, stock exchange requirements, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
