Job summary

Delhivery in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to lead preparation of quarterly earnings materials, shareholder letters, earnings releases, and FAQs, and to coordinate closely with finance and secretarial teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will track analyst models, monitor shareholding trends, organize earnings calls and roadshows, and maintain narrative consistency across investor meetings and media communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of investor materials, including quarterly earnings presentations, shareholder letters, earnings releases, and FAQs.
• Partner with internal finance, accounting, and secretarial teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all investor presentations, earnings releases, and annual reports.
• Continuously interact with analyst to refine models, understand market trends, and peer performance to deliver competitive positioning insights to senior management.
• Analyze periodic depository data to monitor changes in shareholding patterns, and tracking institutional buying/selling trends.
• Take ownership of IR calendar - organizing quarterly earnings calls, sell-side interactions, investor conferences and roadshows - and develop briefing materials for management.
• Collaborate with the corporate communications team to maintain narrative consistency across institutional investor meetings and public media channels.
