Job summary

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. seeks an experienced Investor Relations professional to position the company with investors, analysts and regulators. You will report to the Group CFO and act as the moderator between management and the investment community.

The role requires strategic thinking, a clear IR roadmap, and exceptional communication to build investor-friendly content and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders. A background in finance and strong regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience liaising with investors/analysts and crafting investor content.
• Accounting/Finance degree; CFA/CA/MBA in Finance preferred.
• Strong communication, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy formation for investor relations.
• Lead strategy and roadmap to engage investors, analysts, regulators and journalists.
• Advise exec management on communications to expand company reach in financial community.
• Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders in financial community via CFO office.
• Work with marketing to create quarterly/annual investor materials and events.
• Prepare press releases and regulatory filings; support reporting disclosures.
• Create high-quality content for annual reports under CFO guidance.
• Foster relationships with analysts, portfolio managers, exchange representatives.
• Provide market insights and prepare leadership-facing reports.
• Track competitors and present updates to management and board.

Job Description for position of Investor Relations

Position Summary –

Experienced professional who will be responsible for ensuring the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with investors, analysts and all stakeholders. Candidate will report directly to the Group CFO and will act as the moderator between the management and investor community.

A self-started who will be responsible for strategy, framework, and providing an investor relations roadmap. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities –

• member for contribution in strategy formation
• of strategy and road map for building relationships with investors, analysts, regulators and financial journalists;
• current processes and outreach programs and advising executive management team on communication strategy to expand the penetration of the company in the financial community;
• closely with CFO’s office to set up meetings with key stakeholders within financial community for Group’s promoters;
• along with marketing agencies to build content and ideas for quarterly/ annual reporting, investor presentations, analysts/ broker/ portfolio manager meetings and press conferences;
• hand in preparation of press releases and filing proceedings to regulators;
• of quality content for annual reports under direction of the CFO’s office;
• key relationships among analysts, portfolio managers, research directors, heads of institutional investment departments and the stock exchange representatives;
• insights on market activity and preparing reports to be presented to the leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements –

• degree in Accounting, Business or Finance & CFA/ CA/ MBA - Finance (Preferred)
• Candidate should be well networked within the investor community and should have ability to create investor friendly content.
• years of experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating relationships with the investor community
• agnostic position however, macro understanding of real estate sector, regulatory and compliance laws will be preferred.
• versed with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analyst’s / investors.
• written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft excel and powerpoint.
• experience in setting up of Investor relations cell or being an incubator of the cell will be an added advantage.
