Job summary

Dr Reddys in Visakhapatnam seeks a maintenance specialist with 6–8 years of experience to oversee the upkeep of injectable manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot breakdowns, plan preventive maintenance, and manage the local maintenance budget while ensuring GMP/GEP compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or B.Tech./M.Tech. in Instrumentation or EEE and have strong communication and documentation skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech./M.Tech. in Instrumentation or EEE is required.
• 6 to 8 years of minimum work experience in maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Experience with injectable manufacturing equipment and related systems is preferred.

• Experienced in troubleshooting and managing breakdowns of machines and equipment.


• Proficient in planning and executing preventive maintenance activities.


• Capable of managing the maintenance budget for a specific area or unit.


• Well-versed in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GEP (Good Engineering Practices).

Behavioural skills
