Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support pharmaceutical equipment including vial washers, depyrogenation tunnels, filling lines, vial capping, sterilization autoclaves, and lyophilizers.

The role requires strong preventive maintenance skills, timely breakdown resolution, and experience with Formulation and Filtration vessels. DUTIES include creating SOPs, PM checklists, and managing critical spares.

Qualifications

• Core mechanical knowledge with hands-on equipment troubleshooting in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with vial washing, depyrogenation, filling, capping/sealing, autoclave and lyophilizer equipment.
• Ability to attend and close breakdowns on time and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Address breakdowns of garment washing and garment drying machines.
• Prepare SOPs and PM checklists; maintain critical spares.
• Support QMS activities including change controls and CAPAs.

1.Candidate should be core mechanical(B.tech, Diploma).

2.Person should have hands on experience in troubleshooting of vial washing machine.

3.Person should have hands on experience in troubleshooting of Depyrogenating tunnel.

4.Person should have hands on experience in troubleshooting of Filling machine.

5.Person should have hands on experience in troubleshooting of vial capping/sealing machine.

6.Person should have hands on experience in troubleshooting of sterilization autoclave.

7. Person should have hands on experience in troubleshooting of Formulation and Filtration vessels.

8. Person should be capable of attending the breakdowns on time and closing the same.

9. Person should be capable of addressing the breakdowns of Garment washing and Garment drying machines.

10. Person should have hands on experience on troubleshooting of Lyophilizer equipment.

11. Person should have good knowledge on performing Preventive maintenance activities.

12. Person should be capable for handling of breakdowns and closing the same.

13. Person should have knowledge on QMS-Engineering(Change controls, CAPA's).

14. Person should be capable of preparation of SOP's and PM Checklists.

15. Person should be capable of maintaining critical spares of process equipment's.
