Job summary

J Mitra And Co is seeking a technically proficient supervisor to lead technicians, oversee HVAC systems, and manage maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes calibration, preventive maintenance, GMP/QMS documentation, and strict adherence to SOPs while ensuring safe operations and timely actions on breakdowns.

Qualifications

• BTech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communication Engineering (Regular education only).
• Experience in IVD Medical Device manufacturing/Pharma/Manufacturing preferred.
• Must have knowledge of HVAC systems, ACs, water systems, ETP, STP, Chillers, DG and other utilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with GMP and QMS documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, guide, and provide leadership to all technicians.
