Job summary

The role involves MIS preparation, ensuring loan covenants, and analyzing financial performance for management. CA or MBA with knowledge of RBI, GST, and corporate law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loans.
• Prepare MIS for management.
• Monitor security margins, payouts, and interest resets.
• Handle loan documentation and regulatory filings.
• Monitor loan covenants post-sanction.
• Analyze financial performance for management.
• Coordinate with trustees and rating agencies for RBI/FEMA compliance.
• Understand income tax, GST and corporate law basics.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity allocations.

• Liaising with Banks, NBFCs and Financial Institutions for raising loans, optimizing funding arrangements and managing relationships.


• MIS’s preparation for management, to identify changes, top-up / top-down requirements etc.


• Ensuring optimum security margin levels, monitoring its payouts, Put – Call, Interest resets etc.


• Documentation handling, executions, charge filings etc., ensuring compliance for all active loans, covenants etc. and timely submission of regulatory reports and filings.


• Post sanction monitoring of loan compliances and covenants of loans.


• Analyzing financial performance, valuation reports and providing insights to management.


• Coordination and closures with trustees, rating agencies, monitoring compliance with RBI, FEMA and other regulatory requirements


• Having a basic knowledge of income tax, GST and Corporate law


• Cash flow management and allocations of funds to optimize liquidity
