Tata STRIVE, as a division of Tata Community Initiatives Trust, seeks a driven professional to set up the initiative, mobilize partners, and provide robust placement support to partner centers. You will develop employer partnerships, identify vocational opportunities, and build a strong industry network across Karnataka.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work with multiple Tata group entities, government bodies, and educational

Competenze

• 2-3 years of experience with at least 1 year in skilling, mobilization, placement and corporate networking.
• Strong communication and networking abilities across diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to work across Karnataka with local language familiarity.

• Cascade best practices across all partner centers.
• Create benchmarks for batch size and batch gap and drive improvements.
• Build partnerships with employers inside and outside the Tata group.

• Exhibit drive for results and good communication (English/Hindi/local).

“Tata STRIVE is an established brand in theskill development sector, a division of Tata Community Initiatives Trustwhich addresses the pressing need of skilling India’s youth for employment,entrepreneurship, and community enterprise.

Objective

Toensure being part of the team which will set up the initiative from thebeginning. This would involve the development of partners for effectivemobilization and placement support to all the partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Study & identify the best practices ofmobilization across the skilling industry
• Cascade the best practices across all thepartners
• Create benchmarks for batch size, batch tobatch gap and work on improving the same

Placement Support:

• Build partnerships with employers within andoutside the Tata group
• Demand creation by effective way ofidentifying vocational opportunities both for employment and entrepreneurship
• Build an industry network for all the partnercenters
• Conduct job fairs to involve the maximumnumber of stakeholders
• Monitor and improve the placement percentageof all partners
• Feedback on the quality of candidates(Alumni/students) who attended interviews to be collated and shared with allrelevant functions within STRIVE
• Experience in business development
• Ability to partner with various groupcompanies, institutions, and govt. bodies to bench-mark and convert them toworld-class processes in mobilization and placement support
• A self‑starter with the ability and drive tobuild the initiative
• Knowledge of demography/industry/businessopportunities
• Drive for results
• Local language preferred
• Good CommunicationSkills (English / Hindi/local language)
