Job summary

Aditya Birla Group is seeking a Team Member - Admin- Designer to support infrastructure planning, branch design and project execution within the corporate facilities team. The role focuses on delivering branch layouts, adhering to design standards, and coordinating across vendors and internal teams.

The incumbent will track milestones, prepare BOQs, manage costs, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, supporting the rollout of new branches and infrastructure readiness.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Planning & Branch Design: Plan branch layouts and ensure design approvals are completed on time.
• Project Management & Execution: Monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• BOQ Preparation & Cost Management: Ensure accuracy of BOQ and manage budget variances.
• Vendor Management: Oversee vendor performance and cost-saving opportunities.
• Project Scheduling & Monitoring: Create and review project plans in MS Project/Primavera P6; track milestones.
• Quality Assurance & Site Management: Administer audits, ensure first-time-right handovers and defect closure.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Governance: Align stakeholders and ensure timely closure of requirements and dependencies.
• Regulatory, Safety & Compliance Management: Enforce compliance and close audit observations within timelines.
• Branch Expansion & Infrastructure Readiness: Deliver branches per annual expansion plan and ensure readiness before go-live.
• MIS & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate project MIS reports and dashboards.
