Designation : Associate Vice President

Location : India Maharashtra G-Corp Tech Park, Thane

Job Purpose

This position is the single point of contact for identified system(s) and assumes overall responsibility and ownership of all assigned Systems for Sales – managing the execution of various projects on an ongoing basis. Additionally, this position is responsible towards exercising budgetary control over number of projects/hours spent under each System. This position is also responsible for Commercial Management, Vendor Management, Market Evaluation of new solutions, Solution and design management, Project management, Management of Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives.

Key Result Areas

KRA1: Program and Project management and execution

  1. Review high‑level deliverables across projects.
  2. Implement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with the contract.
  3. Minimize risk and share best practices across multiple projects – identify and mitigate project risk.
  4. Review the status reports of systems across projects and address issues as appropriate.
  5. Compile with and enforce standard policies and procedures of the department and organization.
  6. Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory guidelines/regulations and participate in audit reviews.
  7. Monthly reporting to stakeholders using dashboards and reports.

KRA2: Manage Stakeholder expectations and relationship

  1. Serve as key participant in team and stakeholder meetings – drives the agenda for some of these meetings.
  2. Effectively communicate relevant project/practice information to superiors and peers in other practices.
  3. Monitor the user issues and ensure systems stability in production.
  4. Manage day‑to‑day stakeholder interaction and expectations for multiple or large‑scale projects.
  5. Anticipate stakeholders needs and propose alternative business solutions.

KRA3: Contract Management

  1. Manage the responsibilities outlined in Agreement & Statement of Work.
  2. Manage amendments to SOW, Service Level Exhibits, Annexure, Estimation Models, etc.
  3. Understand and interpret terminologies used in contract in cases of ambiguity.
  4. Set up and monitor various SLA/SLO at program, application development and application maintenance level.
  5. Periodic review of SLA/SLO and make suitable amendments.

KRA4: Solution, Design and Architecture Review

  1. Review the solution design of major projects.
  2. Validate the infrastructure requirements to meet scalability and robustness of the solution required by business.
  3. Finalize the architecture and system design in accordance with the current technology footprint and future requirements.
  4. Validate integration requirements to ensure that there are no points of failure.
