Job summary

Seoul Dak in Mumbai is seeking restaurant staff to greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and prepare items according to standards. You will operate cash registers, handle money, maintain a clean workspace, and assist in stocking supplies while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly, courteous service.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Treat customer concerns and feedback as opportunities to improve.
• Upsell additional menu items when appropriate.
• Be willing to learn new skills and train new team members on proper procedures and policies.
• Participate in promotional activities and special events.
• Knowledge of aggregator app ratings and parameters will be an added advantage.
