Responsibilities

• Handle service of customers in the assigned area.
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to SOP.
• Be conversant with menu items to upsell and recommend.
• Ensure guests are attended quickly and efficiently, promoting a service-first atmosphere.
• Assist guests with seating and table arrangement as per standards.
• Take and serve orders as per standards.
• Maintain clean and tidy tables after service.

• Be conversant with the items on the Food and beverage menu, to be able to make recommendations to guests and upsell.
• Ensure that all guests are attended quickly and efficiently as possible, constantly striving to promote a “service first” atmosphere
• Help the Guest to get seated as per the standards.
• Arrange the table for accommodating correct no of Guests.

• Standard for assembling and picking up food orders.
