Casagrand is seeking an experienced Telemarketing Manager to oversee a large voice process team in Chennai. You will manage approximately 50+ members via 23 Team Leaders, drive performance, and ensure delivery against targets while coaching leaders and staff.

The role requires 8+ years in customer care/voice processes and at least 5 years in managerial team handling, with strong communication and analytical skills. Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of approximately 50+ members through 23 Team Leaders.
• Minimum 5 years of team-handling experience in a Managerial role.
• Manage day-to-day domestic or international voice process operations.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, attendance, and service levels.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Team Leaders and team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
• Analyze operational reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Prepare and present MIS, performance reports, and business updates.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and process compliance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of overall Customer Care / Voice Process experience.
• Minimum 5 years of team-handling experience as a Manager on paper.
• Experience managing 50+ employees with 2–3 Team Leaders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong business and operational understanding.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation tools.
• Experience in Real Estate customer care / voice process will be an added advantage.
