Job summary

Navya Mantra Hr Consulting seeks a Sr. Team Leader/Team Manager to strategize regional business development and manage a team of Sr. Relationship Managers/Dealers.

The role focuses on boosting investments across equities, derivatives, currency, and other products while cross-selling to existing clients and pursuing new leads. You will coordinate with regional heads, drive performance, and ensure client satisfaction while adhering to exchange and SEBI regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Any graduate or commerce/finance background preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in stock broking, wealth management or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and promote business development initiatives in the assigned region.
• Assist clients for investments in Equity, Commodity, Derivatives, Currency & other 3rd party products including MF.
• Cross-sell products to existing clients (Equities, Derivatives, MF and IPO).
• Identify prospects and generate business from existing and new clients to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with Regional Heads & Cluster Managers regularly.
• Lead and manage a team of Sr. Relationship Managers/RMs/Dealers.
• Set performance goals and track daily productivity.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Accelerate client base growth.
• Ensure adherence to NSE/BSE rules and regulator SEBI.

Business Development and Sales

• Responsible for strategizing and promoting business development initiatives in the assigned region.
• Assisting clients for their Investments in Equity, Commodity, Derivatives, Currency & other 3rd party products including MF
• Ensuring opportunities to Cross sell products (Equities, Derivatives, MF And IPO etc.) to Existing Clients.
• Identifying prospective and generating business from the existing & new clients thereby achieving business targets
• Co-ordinating with Regional heads & cluster Managers for discussions on regular basis

Team Management

• Heading & managing a Team of Sr. Relationship Managers/RMs/Dealers
• Setting performance goals and tracking daily productivity

Client Relationship Management

• Building strong client relationships & ensuing high level of customer satisfaction
• Accelerating client base

Risk and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to rules of exchanges NSE/BSE and regulator SEBI

Preferred candidate profile

Education

Any graduate or graduate from commerce or finance background will be preferred

Experience

5+ years of experience in stock broking, wealth management or financial services

Team Management

should possess minimum 3+ years of experience in handling team of RMs/Dealer
