Job summary

Welmade Locking Systems Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support product development and fabrication activities. The role involves following project plans, preparing process drawings, and designing tools and consumables for small-scale sheet metal parts.

You will manage the product life cycle flow, adhere to schedules, and coordinate reviews with seniors, producing detailed drawings and validation checklists to ensure quality control.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical degree is required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• To Do tasks as per Project Plan & Flow Sheet.
• Process Drawings preparation, TFG Design, Consumables Design, Trials & Proving, Stage Gates follow.
• Project Data preparation.
• Able to develop Small size Sheet metal parts or tools manufacturing.
• NPD Flow KH (Product life cycle management flow).
• Conformance to Calendar self.
• OKOTIF PMS Submission with Senior's Review.
• TFG Validation Checklist.
• TFG on Assembly Inspection Parameters.
• Tool Detailed drawings.
• Wire cut & VMC drawings.
