Job summary

Europa Locks seeks a Team Leader SQA to oversee supplier quality activities at our Pune facility. The role involves training suppliers in statistical process study, conducting supplier audits, and coordinating with SCM to drive improvements.

Strong emphasis on QMS and process controls across sheet metal stamping, HPDC, assembly, and finishing steps. The candidate should have BE with 3–5 years or DME with 4–6 years in quality assurance and supplier interaction, with QMS knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance and dealing with supplier and customer quality.
• Experience with sheet metal stamping, HPDC, assembly, plastic molding, and surface finishing processes.
• QMS certification will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide suppliers for statistical process study.
• On-time escalation and status updates.
• Execute monthly supplier audits as per plan.
• Validate daily problematic quantity of supplier at in-house assembly/manufacturing.
• Support SCM to drive supplier improvement activities.
• Assist STD ROOM to complete MSA schedule for suppliers' existing gauges.

Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

• Support STD ROOM person to accomplish MSA schedule for supplier all existing gauges.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

• BE with Experience – 03 -05 yrs. / DME with 04-06 Yrs.
• quality Assurance and dealing with supplier and customer quality. Commodity sheet metal stamping , HPDC , Assembly process, Plastic molding & Various surface finishing process.
• QMS certification will be advantage.
