Job summary

AECOM in India is seeking a Senior Solar Project Manager to lead day-to-day PMC oversight of the Solar EPC package across large-scale projects (250 MW+). You will coordinate with EPC, OEM, PMC and client teams to ensure progress, risk, quality, HSE and testing readiness for energization and HOTO.

This role requires +15 years in renewable energy, leadership of mega-scale solar park designs in India, and a track record of delivering safe, on-time grid-connected substations and transmission works.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day PMC oversight of the Solar EPC package and provide the single package-level interface for progress, risk, quality, HSE, testing and HOTO readiness.
• Owns package PMC coordination; does not replace EPC construction management or perform detailed discipline inspections assigned to field engineers.
• Minimum of +15 years in renewable energy, specifically in leading large-scale (250 MW+) solar PV projects, BESS, and pooling substation execution.
• Direct experience with mega-scale solar park designs in India is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering); Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
