Job Summary
AECOM is seeking an experienced Solar Site Team Leader to lead the day-to-day Project Management Consultant (PMC) oversight of utility-scale solar EPC package execution. The role serves as the single package-level coordination and integration point for progress, risk, quality, health and safety, commissioning, testing, and HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) readiness activities. The Solar Site Team Leader is responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary PMC resources, monitoring contractor performance, consolidating site observations into actionable recommendations, and ensuring timely resolution of project constraints to support successful project delivery and commercial operation.
