Job summary

CreditAccess Grameen Limited in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to lead the QC, Maker and Checker team, ensuring accurate processing and timely outcomes.

You will coordinate with branches, prepare MIS reports (daily/Monthly/Yearly), support audits, training, and field surveys, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Requires 5+ years, team handling, graduate, and Telugu & English fluency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience required.
• Should have team handling skills.
• Graduate/post-graduate with good communication skills.
• Should know regional language (Telugu) & English (read, write & speak).

Responsibilities

• Managing the team of QC, Maker and Checker and support daily activity.
• Coordination with Branches on on-hold and rejected cases.
• Preparation of MIS reports on daily, monthly and yearly frequency.
• Ensure adherence to client enrolment standards and processing TAT.
• Plan, implement, report and evaluate multiple projects.
• Prepare documents for monthly Internal Audit.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on surveys and process training.
• Monitor team quality and productivity; provide training as required.
• Travel to field for branch training and customer surveys.
• Demonstrate strong communication, computer skills, proactiveness, attention to detail, multitasking; GK/RPC Operations knowledge preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Managing the team of QC, Maker and Checker & give his support to daily activity.
• Co-ordination with Branches regarding on-hold and rejected cases.
• Preparation of MIS reports on Daily, Monthly, Yearly frequency.
• Ensure team is adhering to standards of client enrolment, TAT in processing of the documents and maintain good reputation and relationship with all stakeholders.
• Handle different Projects with proper planning, implementation, reporting and evaluation on adhoc basis.
• Preparation of documents for monthly Internal Audit.
• Work in co-ordination with all stakeholders on Survey and Process training.
• Monitoring team quality & productivity on daily basis and also provide the training to staff whenever it is required.
• Travelling to field for Branch training & customer survey.
• Good Communication skills, Good Computer Knowledge, Pro-active, Attention to detail, Multi-tasking capability and Team management experience, Knowledge of GK/RPC Operations is preferred
