Svatantra Microfin Pvt. Ltd. in Indore district is seeking an Operations Associate to review and process loan applications generated by Field Officers. You will handle data requirements and serve as a point of contact for HO and Business teams on field support.

You will maintain MIS for disbursement, collections, CB eligibility, branch handover status, Aadhaar pay, and related records, while assisting with non-operational branch tasks and ensuring proper document control.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel with basic data handling.
• Good verbal and written communication in regional language and English/Hindi.
• Willingness to travel and strong interpersonal skills.

• Oversee non-operational branch activities and assist Branch manager.
• Facilitate tasks like fuel reimbursements for field team when needed.
• Update and maintain documents and records for disbursement files at the branch.

Role & responsibilities

1. To review and process the loan application of customers generated by the Field Officers.
2. Handle data requirements raised by concerned stakeholders.
3. Serve as a point of contact for all support related activities from HO and Business teams on field.
4. Maintain all MIS related to operations i.e. disbursement & collections, 5. Credit Bureau (CB) eligibility, Branch handover status, Aadhaar pay etc.
5. Oversee non-operational activities of the Branch and assist the Branch manager
6. wherever required such as fuel reimbursements by field team etc.
7. To update and maintain the documents and records related to disbursement files etc. at the branch.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel, etc.
2. Good verbal and written proficiency of regional language and English/Hindi.
3. Willing to travel. Good Interpersonal skills.
