Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with the Operations team to streamline workflows.
• Liaise with the Client Service team for clarification on assigned cases.
• Manage a team of 25-30 Associates.
• Monitor, track, and evaluate team performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Drive performance and people management to maintain steady business operations.
• Identify areas of improvement and conduct coaching and feedback sessions to enhance performance.
• Highlight cases requiring support to reduce turnaround time (TAT).
• Ensure service delivery standards are consistently achieved.
